How to lose kilos or Stay Slim?

The following mentioned is what works for me to lose weight. I’m no dietician and everything mentioned below is what over the years through my here and there research made me opt for and I hope it will work for you too.

1. Cut down Refined Carbohydrates

Refined carbohydrates or bad carbohydrates include anything that contains sugar, refined grains, which have been stripped of their essential nutrients it includes pasta, pizza, and all the other packed food categorised as junk food. If leaving junk food is something hard for you try switching to fast food which is the healthier option. Such as instead of consuming refined bread in fast food you’ll be consuming whole wheat bread. Consuming the junk food will take a lot of time to digest and daily consumption of these will be stored in the form of fat in your body and you don’t want that. Too much consumpiton of these causes imbalnced hormones which can cause body or face acne and intestine issues too.

2. Cut down Sugar

I guess you already know that high consumption of sugar causes diseases as well apart from that the fat storage in your body. Sugar isn’t good for your body in any way. The only sugar we require is that which is available from fruits otherwise you don’t require any. Cut it from any source that contains it be it in biscuits, chocolates, cakes and baking goods, sugar containing juices.

TIP:-

In case you are somebody who munches more than 4-6 times a day and finds it hard to not consume much food then do this Eat your meals in a blue coloured utensil as the colour blue according to some research is an appetite suppressant.
Another tip is having water before your meals because studies have shown doing this increases weight loss.

3. Consume Green Tea

Daily consume it. It slims down your waist and green tea has many other high benefits. It’s the most healthiest tea and did you know people in Korea and Japan consume green tea the same way water is consumed! That’s why their skin is super amazing.

4. Cut down White Rice

While I was on my weight loss journey I was in particular a lot concerned about cheek fat and trying different things I noticed that when I cut down white rice along with the above mentioned things my cheek fat reduced. This is something that worked for me to see if it’ll work for you too or not, try it.

5. Hydrate:

Drink a lot of water. Maximum glasses should be around 12 glasses per day for weight losing people. Drinking water increases the number of calories you burn. Studies have shown that consuming more water means burning your calories and it has an overall positive effect on the body.
According to studies drinking more water is linked to reduced calorie intake and reduced weight gain.

5. Workout

Workout is also required to cut down your weight apart from your diet. Some of you may be lazy to do it so don’t worry you don’t have to do it too much as losing weight is 70% dependend on your diet and 30% through workout. 30% means in a week you can give 3-4 days of one -hour workout or you can simply go for a daily walk for an hour and if you don’t have time for that then on your way to work walk instead of taking a vehicle or commute via bicycle.

  • Go for walk or running
  • Do skipping
  • Go for gymming
  • Doing cardiovascular workout
  • Playing any sport
  • Doing Yoga.

6. See for Yourself :

See things for yourself that what is working for you and what is not working for you. If after doing your own research you still seem to fail then visit a dietician or a trainee of your gym some of them are also specialised in dieting stuff so they’ll be of use to you.

If you have some grave diseases I recommend not to follow these as you never know if these cause a hindrance to your well being.
